The relationship between people and plants for both food and medicine goes back hundreds of thousands of years, but in the recent centuries, this knowledge has almost been forgotten.

Re-discover the hundreds of uses for common plants growing around us and learn stories of their folklore and legend.

You will be greeted at a tube station by your guide either Vicky or Kim. Both live and breath this lifestyle and frankly they’re both awesome!

They are both medically trained herbalists whose passion is to share the lost traditional knowledge and mysticism of herbs and wild food with others.  They will guide you through some of London’s most beautiful rural spaces whilst helping you to re-establish a bond with nature through the collection of edible wild plants and herbs.

The walk lasts just over two hours and can vary in distance between one and two miles. You will nibble on edible and medicinal species of plants along the way.  This trip is an education in just how much is around us - even in London!  We guarantee this experience will change the way you view flora forever…
